With more than 15 years of experience in business and customer relationship management, DJ embraces collaborative relationships with clients and motivates his teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Since joining Rational in 2012, DJ has helped to establish Rational as one of the top agencies in Seattle, receiving numerous awards for top company cultures, best places to work, and fastest-growing companies, with recognition at the local and national level. DJ has played a key role in driving steady year-over-year growth, reaching 20X top-line growth and double-digit increase in employees. DJ is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction. As a result, Rational has built strong and long-lasting partnerships with enterprise clients, including Microsoft, Google, Acer, Amazon, and Expedia.
In his role, DJ provides executive oversight of the sales and account management team, including business development, inside sales, and strategic sales motions to achieve revenue and margin goals. He is the executive owner of Rational’s Consulting Business, providing leadership around team management, process, and recruiting. DJ continues to manage several of Rational’s largest strategic client relationships.
DJ is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a degree in communications and social sciences. He started his career in project management as a senior project and program manager leading complex projects for Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing, strategically growing into business management, sales, and account management.
