The Recruiting Coordinator at Rational Interaction works closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Account Managers and Leadership in our extremely fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Rational Interaction. You will be an organizational guru, work effectively with across teams and various stakeholders and types of candidate. Having the ability to follow up with confidence, using great communication skills, and possessing a willingness to shift gears at a moment’s notice will be invaluable attributes.

Studio & Consulting Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers

In this key role, you will use your knowledge of the latest media trends and capabilities, solid digital media planning, and forward thinking make an impact across a variety of client campaigns. Responsibilities
