Delivery Manager

Are you passionate about social media marketing, managing teams and driving client satisfaction? Rational is adding a Delivery Manager with strong social marketing chops and excellent leadership skills who will be responsible for the day to day management of our Cloud & Enterprise consulting team. This exciting and growing group is dedicated to driving engagement through numerous social channels and blog networks. What You Will Do:

  • Manages full Rational Consulting Team including monthly 1:1s, performance management, performance reviews, career pathing and succession
  • Partners with Account Manager and Rational Recruiting to screen and refine candidate pool
  • Ensure program delivery requirements and SLAs are adhered to day-to-day
  • Coordinates Rational on-boarding, quarterly and ad-hoc trainings
  • Coordinates on-boarding process with FTE and Leads
  • Analyze team processes and recommend improvements for better client and audience satisfaction
  • Work in close partnership with each team lead to manage the performance of all Rational team members including quarterly performance review discussions, individual and team development plans, and performance improvement plans

  • Handle all internal processes for the team including travel expenses, PTO requests, training stipends, etc.
  • Keep a strong pulse on everyone’s satisfaction and overall team morale, give updates to both Microsoft and Rational and put forward recommendations on actions to consistently improve the team environment
  • Run the monthly MBR to ensure compliance with procurement including reporting on defined SLAs within the contract
  • Assist in the auditing of team processes and tools and provide recommendations and manage implementation rollout for optimizing team efficiency
  • Provide meticulous documentation and reporting of special projects including status, requirements, and overall performance

Director of Integrated Marketing

The Director of Marketing Services is the head of the collective marketing services team including Campaign Management, Campaign Execution/Operations, Media, and Analytics. Senior Revenue Accountant

What you will do:

  • Own Revenue Recognition for Agency Business, including month end reconciliations of Deferred and Unbilled balances
  • Assist with financial audits including reconciliations, support documentation, and communication with external auditors
  • Forecast and monitor nonstandard deals and manually deferred revenue adjustments
  • Document contract terms and applicable technical accounting standards for significant/unusual transactions
  • Identify and implement process improvements proactively
  • Participate in monthly closes by preparing journal entries, analysis, account reconciliations and other items as required. Also includes improving backend controls to ensure accuracy of revenue
  • Serve as main point of contact for revenue recognition and related questions

Client Finance Analyst

Contracts Specialist

Contracts managers can draft, evaluate and execute any type of contract that is negotiated between the business and client, such as short term, formal or annual contracts. They often work with the legal and/or finance department to monitor adherence and potential risks to the business or client.

As such, we’re looking for a Contracts Manager to support our rapidly growing advertising business and marketing teams. We're looking for someone who can identify and implement process improvements, enjoys working with different teams, and loves the challenge of learning about new subject matters and issues. This is a multifaceted job in a start-up environment.

What you will do:

  • Negotiate and document of a variety of third party contractual relationships, including services, sales, advertising agreements, and NDAs.
  • Develop internal processes to track and maintain transactions from beginning to end; and coordinating with clients.

Content Strategist

Director of PMO

The process being documented is API onboarding. It is effectively an API gateway - many different APIs exists "behind" it, and new partners are onboarding all the time. We have rudimentary documentation that guides them through this process, but the documentation has many gaps and lacks smoothness. The goal would be to deliver a full, end-to-end set of documentation (probably markdown-based, but we're open to discussing alternatives) that helps our partners to onboard in an entirely self-service fashion.

Skills that would help ensure a successful deliverable:
